Group Health Insurance and 401k Retirement Savings Plan Benefits

Aside from Sundays off, flexible scheduling and competitive wages, Chick-fil-A Stone Mountain also provides group health insurance options and 401k contribution matching benefits for team members who qualify.  Chick-fil-A Stone Mountain contributes $300 towards an eligible team member's Chick-fil-A administered BlueCross BlueShield health insurance plan.  We also match up to 4% of the 401k contributions made by eligible team members enrolled in the Chick-fil-A Stone Mountain administered 401k plan through Vestwell.


Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholarships

Eligible Chick-fil-A Team Members have the potential to receive a $2,500 Leadership Scholarship, with the ability to re-apply for up to four years – for a potential total of up to $10,000 for college while serving as Chick-fil-A Team Member.  These scholarships are awarded to Chick-fil-A Team Members based on leadership, academic achievement, and community involvement.

True Inspiration Scholarships

Eligible Chick-fil-A Team Members also have the potential to apply and receive an individual, one-time award of up to $25,000.  These scholarships are awarded based on leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and demonstrated financial need.

Educational Assistance Opportunities

In addition to scholarships, Chick-fil-A is offering access to tuition discounts and other benefits for Team Members at more than 70 colleges and universities across the country, which can be combined with either of the above scholarships.  Opportunities and eligibility vary by school, but benefits and tuition discounts of up to 30 percent are effective immediately.

Chick-fil-A also provides development and training programs for employees interested in furthering their career in the company.  These extensive training programs are offered at intermediate and advanced levels at the Chick-fil-A corporate office in Atlanta, GA.  To date, Chick-fil-A Stone Mountain has placed 7 team members as Chick-fil-A Corporate Employees.
